 Day01Arrive Delhi: By International Carrier

Arrive Delhi, Welcome and assistance upon arrival at the airport. Later transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free and adjust the time zone. Overnight stay at hotel.

 Day02Delhi

Morning after breakfast start full day city tour of Old & New Delhi. New Delhi - Visit Humayun's Tomb (1565 AD) aptly called predecessor of the Taj Mahal. 72 meter high Qutub Minar (12th Century AD) - One of the most perfect towers in the world, nearby amidst the ruins of Quwat-e-Islam mosque stands the iron pillar which does not rust and has stood the vagaries of weather for 1500 years. Orientation drive through New Delhi viewing Embassy area (Diplomatic Enclave), Government Buildings (1921 -30 AD), Central Secretariat, Parliament House, visit India Gate (1921 AD). Old Delhi- among your stops are the Jama Masjid (Mosque), drive through Red Fort, built by Shahjahan. Visit Raj Ghat, a memorial to the Mahtama Gandhi, Ashoka Pillar and the mile-long Chandni Chowk Bazaar.

 Day03Mathura Vrindavan - Agra : By Surface (apprx. 265 kms)

Morning after breakfast drive to Agra - The Royal seat and capital of the province of yester years. Agra is known as the City of Mughals. Stop in route visit Mathura-Vrindavan-Agra. On arrival, meet our representative and check-in at hotel. Later visit Taj Mahal - one of the seven wonder of the world and a pristine monument of undying love. Little needs to be said about this architectural wonder which is always the soul raison-de-etre for every tourist's visit to Agra. Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble memorial to his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from its stunning design balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen. Thereafter visit Agra Fort - The first of the great Mughal buildings where three Mughal emperor left there footprints. Built by the famed Mughal emperor Akbar in 1565 AD, the fort is predominantly of red sandstone. Ensconced within is the picture perfect Pearl Mosque which is a major tourist attraction.  Day04Fahtehpur Sikri - Jaipur - By Surface (approx. 265 km.)

Early morning after breakfast drive for Jaipur. On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri. After reaching Jaipur meet our representative and transfer to the Hotel. Take afternoon city tour of Jaipur - Gateway to Rajasthan. Also known as Pink city as all buildings have a pink tint to them. It is an unselfconsciously medieval city, with stately palaces, colorful bazaars (market) and a fort brooding over the city. Graceful women in swirling skirts and veils of red, yellow, orange and magenta, laden with silver jewellery, straight tall men in Turbans and luching carts drawn by camels, do nothing to dispel the illusion. Visit City Palace museum, Observatory and Palace of Winds. Overnight stay at hotel.

 Day05Jaipur

Morning excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride ascent to the fort. AMBER FORT PALACE - Amber is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592 and completed by his descendent Jai Singh I. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles finds its ultimate expression. Continue sightseeing. CITY PALACE - A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum. JANTAR MANTAR - This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. This observatory consisting of outsized astronomical instruments is still in use. Later on drive for Hawa Mahal.

 Day06Jaipur - Pushkar (By Surface )

After breakfast drive to Pushkar. Pushkar boasts temples, though few are as ancient as you might expect at such an important pilgrimage site since many were deserted by Aurangzeb and subsequently rebuilt. The most famous is the Brahma Temple is said to be one of the few temples in the world dedicated to this deity. It's marked by red spire and over the entrance gateway is the hans, or goose symbol of Brahma, who is said to have personally chosen Pushkar as its site. Overnight stay at Pushkar.

 Day07Pushkar – Chittorgarh - Udaipur

This morning after breakfast drive to Chittorgarh. Chittorgarh is the place where Meera Bai was born who was a Rajput princess and is also being well known as a poetess and saint. The princess had given up her lavish lifestyle and dedicated her life in the worship of Lord Krishna. The Meera temple is constructed to be dedicated to her and is a very famous Hindu temple which is a must visit on your tour to Rajasthan. Later drive to Udaipur. Upon arrival to Udaipur get transferred to your hotel. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

 Day08Udaipur

After morning breakfast, enjoy Udaipur sightseeing. Take afternoon sightseeing. Enjoy the Boat ride at Lake Pichola. Pichola, the “City of Lakes” is known as one of the most picturesque and romantic cities of India. Visit City Palace with its scalloped arches, fretted balconies and cupolas, Sahelion Ki Bari Garden and the Folklore museum where you can see a presentation of the sting Puppet show typical to this area. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

 Day09Udaipur – Ahmadabad - By Surface (Approx 272.1 km)

Morning after breakfast drive to Ahmadabad. Visit Gandhinagar. Upon arrival, visit Akshardham Temple. The Akshardam temple is one of the famous temple in Gandhinagar. This temple belongs to the wealthy Hindu Swaminarayan Group. Capital Complex In the heart of the capital in Sector 10 which is the well laid out complex of buildings housing the legislature and government offices.

 Day010Ahmadabad – Rajkot (By Surface (Approx 232 km)

After Breakfast drive to Rajkot. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and later half-day sightseeing which includes Aji dam, Ishwariya Temple, Swami Narayan temple & overnight stay at Rajkot. Rajkot was founded in the year 1610 A.D. by chief Vibhaji Jadeja & Raju Sandhi. Rajkot was once the capital of the princely state of Saurashtra. Today it is best known as the town where Mahatma Gandhi spent the early years of his life when his father was a Diwan or Prime Minister to the king of Saurashtra. Rajkot is famous for its Bandhani Sarees, mirror-work, patchwork, beadwork and silk embroidery. Overnight stay at hotel.

 Day011Rajkot – Dwarka - Bet - Dwarka – By Surface approx. 235 km.

Morning after breakfast drive for Dwarka. We will visit the Dwarkadhish temple first and later drive for Bet Dwarka also known as Bet Shankhoddar which is just 5 kms from Okha Junction in sea and Okha is again about 30 kms from Dwarka. The place is believed to be the one where Lord Krishna lived with his family when he ruled at Dwarka. It is also the place where Vishnu slew the demon Shankhasura. Tourists visit the Krishna temple here that holds a major religious significance. Later, we will return to jetty by boat and drive back to Dwarka. In-route we will visit the Nageswar Mahadev temple. The Puranas mention 12 Jyotirlingas or columns of light representing Lord Shiva who manifested himself in that form in different parts of India. This shrine of Lord Shiva near Dwarka is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Further, we will continue our drive to Dwarka. On arrival, check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

 Day012Dwarka - Jamnagar – Mumbai -( By Flight )

Morning after breakfast drive for Jamnagar. Upon arrival to Jamnagar, drop to airport for catching your Mumbai flight. Upon arrival to Mumbai, asst pickup from airport and drop to hotel. Rest day free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

 Day013Mumbai

After breakfast start sightseeing tour of Mumbai covering Gateway of India, Prince of Wales Museum, Hanging Gardens on the slopes of Malabar Hills offering nice view of Marine Lines & Chowpatty Beach, Kamla Nehru Park, Mani Bhawan (where Mahatma Gandhi used to stay) and then to Dhobi Ghat. Also visit Afghan Church, Flora Fountain (Bombay nerve center), Colorful Crawford Market and Marine Drive. Night stay in Mumbai.

 Day014Mumbai - Nasik

After an early breakfast at hotel, drive to pay your tribute to the Jyotirlinga temple of the tour. Trimbakeshwar temple is a religious center having one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. The extraordinary feature of the Jyotirlinga located here is its three faces embodying Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Rudra. Due to excessive use of water, the linga has started to erode. It is said that this erosion symbolizes the eroding nature of human society. The Lingas at Trimbakeshwar are covered by a jeweled crown which is placed over the Gold Mask of Tridev (Brahma Vishnu Mahesh). Overnight stay at Nasik.

 Day015Nasik – Mumbai – Jammu - Katra ( Morning Flight)

After morning breakfast, transfer to Mumbai airport to catch your Jammu Flight. Upon arrival to Jammu, drive to katra Where Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine is one of the oldest shrine of India, located at a height of 5300 feet on the holy Trikuta Hills of the Shivalik Hill Range. The holy cave is 13 kms from the base camp Katra. The town Katra is 50 kms away from Jammu and 35 kms from district HQ Udhampur and is linked by road. The Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine is one of the most popular shrines of India. The Goddess Mata Vaishno Devi's abode is in 100 feet long cave with a narrow opening. The holy cold and crystal clear water washes the lotus feet of the Mata.

 Day016Katra

Morning after breakfast we will move to helipad for Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan by Helicopter. Get transferred to Helipad to catch the chopper for Shanjichat. From here will start our trek to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine. You have to show here your return boarding pass gets priority darshan at the Shrine. Later transfer to your hotels rest day free at leisure. Overnight stay at Katra.

 Day017Jammu – Amritsar (By Surface)

Morning after breakfast drive to Amritsar and enjoy bottled water during the drive. Upon arrival to Amritsar, visit the Wagah border. Here, watch the lowering of the flags ceremony, which takes place each evening before sunset. Also referred to as the ‘Beating Retreat border ceremony on the international level’, this daily military ritual has been practiced by both India and Pakistan – the Border Security Force and the Pakistan Rangers – since 1959. Witness the brash parade of soldiers from both sides of the Wagah border which once served as the only road linking the two countries. Watch as the infantrymen stand at attention and the border’s iron gates are opened as the two nations’ flags are lowered in perfect unison with the setting sun. The spectacle ends with the folding of flags, followed by a curt handshake meaning ‘Pool of Nectar’ was founded in 1579 by Guru Ram Das – the fourth Guru of the Sikh religion. Learn about his son and the next Sikh guru, Arjun Dev, who built the famous and important shrine. At the Golden Temple, set amid a pool of holy water, visitors and devotees from all faiths are welcome. You'll get a glimpse of the Sikh temple tradition of offering daily Guru-Ka Langara free, community meal that began in the 16th century. As you watch the community kitchen feed up to 10,000 people, learn about this Sikh principle of equality and the practice of eating together. After your visit, return to your hotel.

 Day018Amritsar – Chandigarh (By Surface)

The place gets its name after Lord Vishnu who appeared to 'Raibhya Rishi' as a result of his tapasya (austerities) as Lord Hrishikesh. In SkandaPurana, Rishikesh area is known as 'Kubjamrak' as Lord Vishnu appeared under a mango tree. The name Rishikesh is loosely applied to an association of five distinct sections encompassing not only the town but also hamlets and settlements on both sides of the river Ganges. After reaching visit Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, a little further north and the assorted Ashrams around Swarg Ashram on the east bank. One can reach the famous Neelakanta Maha Deva.  Day020Rishikesh – Haridwar (By Surface)

Early morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar.  Day022Lucknow - Ayodhya (Ram Janma Bhoomi) - Allahabad

In the Morning, depart by surface to Ayodhya. Visit the major attractions of Ayodhya are the Ram Janmabhumi (birthplace of Lord Rama) where he spent most of his childhood, Lakshman Ghat, Kala Ram Temple, Kanak Bhavan Temple and several Jain shrines. Later proceed to Allahabad. Upon arrival Allahabad, check in your hotel and later visit the famous Triveni Sangam, in Prayag (Allahabad) having two physical rivers Ganges, Yamuna, and the invisible or mythical Saraswati River. The site is in Prayag, India. A place of religious importance and the site for historic Kumbh Mela held every 12 years. Over the years, it has also been the site of immersion of ashes of several national leaders, including Mahatma Gandhi in 1948. The three rivers maintain their identity and are visibly different as they merge. While the Yamuna is deep but calm and greenish in color, the Ganga is shallow, but forceful and clear.  Day024Allahabad - Varanasi
